Shipping Options & Rates
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping — $11.00 AUD
Express Shipping — $15.00 AUD
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post or Aramex, depending on your location and the shipping option selected. Carrier availability may vary based on your delivery address and is subject to change.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and selected carrier. While we do our best to get Alta Marea to you quickly, delivery times to regional and remote areas may take longer than metropolitan areas. For current delivery estimates visit auspost.com.au or aramex.com.au.
Alta Marea is an alcoholic beverage. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. As required by law, a signature from a person aged 18 or over is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery:
Australia Post orders will be taken to your nearest Australia Post outlet for collection. A collection card will be left at the delivery address
Aramex orders will be taken to your nearest Aramex ParcelPoint or collection point. You will be notified via email or SMS with collection details
Unfortunately we are unable to ship alcohol to PO Boxes. This is a requirement of our carriers and Australian alcohol delivery regulations, which require age-verified signature on delivery. Please ensure you provide a valid residential or business street address when placing your order.
The sale and delivery of alcohol in Australia is regulated under state and territory legislation. Please be aware of the following:
It is illegal to purchase or receive alcohol if you are under 18 years of age
Certain remote areas and dry communities across Australia have restrictions on alcohol delivery. If your delivery address falls within a restricted area, your order may be unable to be fulfilled. We will contact you if this is the case and provide a full refund
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the receipt of alcohol at the nominated delivery address is lawful
