Ingredients

  • 60 mlAlta Marea agave spirit
  • 30 mlFresh lime juice
  • 20 mlTriple Sec
  • 15 mlSugar Syrup (optional)
  • 1Salt for the rim
  • 1Lime wheel

Method

  1. Rim a tumbler or coupe glass with lime and salt.

  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  3. Shake vigorously until well-chilled (10–15 seconds).

  4. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.

  5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
